Bruton Resorts - Kodaikanal

This hotel is located very close to the lake, which made it easy for me to explore this city without having to take any transportation. The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive, including the bathroom which was spotless. The hotel staff was also very hospitable, especially Mr. Abhishek who helped me with all my needs. The breakfast served here was fantastic, with freshly cooked meals prepared by Chef Kumar and helper Bhuvaneshwari.

This hotel was a convenient base for exploring Kodaikanal. It was near downtown, just a 5-minute walk away. The room we had was a premium quadruple room with wake-up service available. The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel was definitely worth its 3 stars.

Hotel was so DELUXE. Walking distance to Hilltop Inn, where you can have lunch.

The hotel offered complimentary car parking and a simple breakfast. the location of the hotel was central and had nice greenery around it. the big rooms were spacious, and there was enough space for the children to move around freely.

This hotel's location is ideal for exploring the nearby lake. Guests will appreciate being so near the water, which makes for lovely walks and great views. Some rooms offer a bathroom that's more updated and modern, and the friendly staff are always willing to help. the complimentary breakfast is good and filling, and parking is ample.

Some aspects of the hotel are not up to par. Despite being advertised as family-friendly, the hotel can be very noisy and not conducive to a good night's sleep.

The location here is quite central and provides quick access to key city attractions. The campus is clean and well maintained. The staff are kind and responsive to our needs.

The rooms here are quite cold and lacked a heating system. Despite the attempts with the provided fireplaces and rented heaters, the rooms were simply too cold to enjoy comfortably.

Nothing to fault.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake and nearby food hubs. The resort had a charming ambiance and offered great value for our budget. Walking around the campus was a pleasure.

One specific situation that happened was the slow room service. Although the staff was friendly, there were only two people attending to it, which caused delays.
